Return Policy
At this time, all sales made from 3n1media's store are final. We do not accept returns. Please feel free to contact us with any and all questions you may have before purchasing an item.

We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.
Shipping
In most cases, items will ship between 1 and 3 days after they are ordered. All items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you need expedited shipping, contact us by phone at 615-372-0300 during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday).
While we will do our best to make sure items are shipped in a timely manner, we are not responsible for items that are delayed or late in their delivery. Furthermore, we are not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping. Shipping charges for items of higher value may include insurance purchased from the carrier. If an item is to be shipped with insurance, its listing on 3n1media's store will indicate that it will be insured.
3n1media only ships to locations within the United States; we cannot ship to international locations at this time.
